Why do I get this unstable overclock.

3.6GHz turbo 3.9(STOCK)
Rome = 43.4 FPs
43.3*C
277cb
67.13fps OpenGL
1.2V

4.0

4.1
Rome = 44.3 Fps
57.4C

68.29 fps OpenGL
1.448V

4.2
Rome = 45.1 Fps
61.6C

1.504V

4.5GHz
Rome = 43.3 Fps
69.8
200cb
76.25fps OpenGL
1.528V

Is it because:
A. I have a Cl10 ram
or B. Core voltage change automatically
Or is it a whole other thing?
Please help

I would guess thermal throttling starts in that band of testing. Your scores start falling off the cliff once you're above 1.5v

You're throttling. That board is too crap.

FM2 is hit and miss. Both my A10s were trash (<4.3) but both my A8s can bench 5GHz+ and run 5GHz 24/7

I used to have an A8 3850. For awhile I was able to run it at like 3.6GHz. (BUS overclocking, locked multiplier. 2.9 stock.) For some reason the stability while overclocked got worse until even the tiniest overclock rendered the machine unusable. It was weird.
