Fallout 4 Update v1.3.47 AMD BOOST?

Some of you might remember this thread I made where the 270X and the GTX 590 are similar in performance against my 290X in this game, however as of the recent update the GPU Usage has significantly increased which resulted in higher consistent 50-60 FPS. I know it's not perfect but I'm giving somewhat of an "OK" credit to Bethesda for finally "fixing" it. Someday I hope to see consistent 90-100% GPU Usage on my 290X for this game.

It sucks that you're so limited by your clock speeds. There is quite a nice improvement.

Where you been? We got mod like no tomorrow LOL. What are you looking for, might be able to help?

questline overhauls, new weapons/armors (not reskins) and such. Last time I went hunting for mods on the nexus I was thoroughly disappointed in the number of reskins and retextures. Plus I want to make my own mods and whatnot. Dunno if the community editor is good enough yet
