Dual GPU Bios

So the gpu I'm getting supposedly has dual Bios, in order for better/smoother oc'ing

How does it work? DOES it work?

dual BIOS means you have a switch that lets you make a hardware switch between two physical bios chips.

 

advantages?

- you can OC all you want on the OC bios, leaving the other one untouched.

- failover in case you brick your bios.

Yes, basically it's two different settings on your GPU. It works fine at that. So you can set one to an extreme OC and the other one untouched or mildly overclocked.
