Widowmaker | It will kill your components

It's not only the case. everytime you toch the hardware without proper discharging you put the hardware at risk.

Ideas? Cant get rid of carpet.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Anti-static bracelet or discharging yourself every so often and before you touch a component is usually a good method. If you have a plastic mat for office chairs to roll on working on that surface usually lowers the chance of static build up.

I do use an antistatic wristband and an mat whenever I dead with are PCBs. Both are conected to the earth pin of the power outlet with an 1 MOhm resistor for slow and save discharge.

If you touch an USB jack it's fine because the are protected as they belong to the "outside" world. But the pinns on the CPU for exampe are not as they belong to the "inside".

However I paid about 50$ for the equipment but I can use it for every build.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil

Dear god you have some major problems!

The odds of those components all failing is literally like winning the lotto. The only thing I can think of is that several got damaged from the same component... the problem being... you've replaced every damn thing so whatever did it should be gone!

Assuming you don't play volleyball with your tower I'd have to suspect that you must be having voltage regulation issues from the wall. Do you use a surge protector? If not I highly suggest investing in a decent one. It is fairly cheap and can't hurt to have even if it doesn't solve your problem.

Other than that the only thing I can think of is if your case was magnetized by aliens.

I hate when things die. My r9 390 just died with my X5650 Xeon Hex core. Nice build though.

The 390 does and I was able to return the CPU though Ebay. I think I am going to get the Xeon E5-2670 now. It is only 75 US and has 8 cores and 16 threads.

Best part about this new GPU is that it can actually work in my Egypt system which only has 1 6pin (I have molex to 6 pin and it comes with 2 6 pin to 8 pin)

And that I cant hear it.

Its not staying in this system though. It is going to my friend who uses the Egypt system when I am not in Egypt.
