Windows 10 sound device tab unresponsive

Whenever I open up the windows sound device page it let's me click on things but clicking on them doesn't do anything except for test which works fine I have already tried reinstalling my audio driver

Have you uninstalled it?

Are you talking about the sound driver or windows because I reinstalled the sound driver

Alright I fixed IT by updating windows and everything is flawless.its may have been a bug
