Question about the system panel cables

Usually there is a little + on the positive and a little - on the negative one.

The cables for the power switch and reset switch end with connectors that can take two pins.  Is the side with the little arrow the side that is supposed to take the positive pin?

 

The side with the arrow is the side I've always used as the positive side and I haven't had any issues with my panel buttons not working.

An arrow should be positive, if not it wont work so just sawp them around

Cooler Master N200.

I searched for front connecter pics, but only found the side of the connector where they say "power sw" and "reset sw". Not the other side. Either way, it shouldn't matter with the switches, just wiht the +- led's dows it matter.
