will the gtx 570 last longer

a.j

so im a bit confused here either i upgrade my cpu to i5 4460 or upgrade both my cpu and gpu
my gpu is the gtx 570 but if i change it that means i also have to change my 500w xigmatek psu i was thinking about getting the gtx 680
so my question is the gtx 570 going to be able to run some of the new releases until i can afford the new psu and the gtx 680

Don't buy a 680 its way to old and is starting to get outdated compared to the newer cards. Better to get something from this gen or the up comming ones
