Staticy screen

My monitor, every once in a while, becomes staticy where it's discolored (usually purple hue) and fuzzy. Below I've attached a picture. I run a dual monitor setup, and only my main monitor has this problem. Would this be a driver issue, cable issue, or an issue with my GPU? Both monitors are connected to my 770.

I found that i get fuzziness when i was using a old VGA cable try using a diffrent one

A few days ago, it just randomly happened. I've tried reconnect my DVI cables, but it doesn't see not help.

All my drivers are up to date.
