Laptop monitor problem

Laptop monitor has weird lines on topside, then kinda shakes a little then freezes. It's happening every time. I don't know if its the monitor or the integrated graphics on it. My laptop is an ASUS X551M.

it is probably the monitor cable has came loose, thats bad...
