Can you please clean up the English a little bit so I'm sure I understand you.

But to verify your situation, you have a modem, a router, and a computer.  The computer connects to your home network via Wi-Fi and you experience unexpected variations in the network connection quality.  Is this correct?

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
