Too much PAX Content?

LinusTech

We're constantly working on tweaking our formula, particularly for these big shows.

What would you guys like to see tweaked about our approach at PAX Prime?

I can't promise that we'll be able to please everyone, but I do want to hear your feedback.

You can never have too much event coverage...unless it's the MLP convention.

But, make sure there is varied content, so you have new hardware and software etc, so all your Demographic are entertained.

Ryzen 5 1500x, Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4, GA-AB350N, 16GB 1600Mhz, EVGA GTX 970, 250GB Samsung 960 Evo, 120GB Samsung 840 Evo, 1TB WD Green & 2TB Seagate Barracuda. 650w OCZ ZX & Cooler Master Elite 130. Acer CB241HQK 4K, LG IPS234V-PN 1080p, Ducky Zero Shine All Blue/Anne Pro Brown/SteelSeries Apex Pro & Razer Naga 2014

I think it's pretty good. Nothing needs to be changed IMO.

I loved all the coverage of indie games.

I think for the few hardware video you should have gone a little more in depth (10 minutes instead of 6)

Need more Linus Vs Slick eating competitions.

Life is pain. Anyone who says any different is either selling something or the government.

I personally didn't watch very much of your PAX footage. I just didn't find it interesting (meaning the stuff you covered)

As for recommendations? I don't really have any.

I will personally we happy when the PAX footage is over and your unboxing videos are back.

Just my opinion.

Well I'm not really interested in the games so much, I watched a few of the videos covering the games but then for the first time ever with your videos, I started skipping them and only watching the ones about hardware.

Loving all of it, just hoping my Sub box can take it all. It's good having both Slick and yourself doing the things that you know best and have the most personal interest in :)

I am seriously hoping for some behind the scenes/journal type videos from your PAX content, a la Taiwan. That stuff was so great and fun.

To echo an earlier comment, varied content would be more fun to watch through,

There is such thing as too much linus. I've experienced it. There is no coming back. I actually own ATI radeon 2900XT Graphics card boxes to put monitors on top of them. Yeah I watch alot of linustechtips.

Linus, I loved your coverage on PAX prime! Keep it up.

so far content is really good. One suggestion, at the start of Slick's videos could he introduce the person he is interviewing, like who they are, what there role is ect. Other than that he is doing a great job :D

Yes that would be awesome, more of that, and more tech / hardware content. I understand that PAX is about games so I can't really complain but yeah...

I thought all the content was great. I surprisingly enjoyed all the Indie game content which I normally have no interest in. However, I would have liked to see more videos featuring new hardware being featured.
