So I have two 550 TI's EVGA And I am NOT getting a performance I use to.  I had them non-overclocked for a while I would play Battlefield 3 get around 90 frames 120 frames on my current settings!

About about 3 or 4 weeks ago I overclocked them so I get better performance in Arma 3, war thunder, and battlefield 3 which I did see significant performance increase!

However about a week and a half ago I logged into origin to play battlefield 3 and I wasn't getting the same FPS i used to, it was capped at 30-35FPS.  At first I thought it was because I had my vsync on so I turned my vsync off, still didn't work. I searched for other probable causes of the FPS drops in my games.  all my settings for BF3 and other games were the same, all settings for everything else (pc hardware and software. not including GPU) were the same.  the only thing that was modified in the past 5 weeks was my graphics card clock settings.  I recently reset my graphics cards to the default clock settings and only got increases of 10 FPS in game.

So did I kill my video cards or is it some bug I don't know about?

At loading screen its no more than 30. right starting of the game it fluxes between 30 and 35 and stays that way, when im selecting my spawn it jumps to 50 sometimes but no more!

Yes gmod and MoH (2011) both with simalr results (mabey 10 to 12 fps difference)

No this is a new problem!

Have you tried running without the overclocking program running? and are you on a beta driver?

Yes i have and no i would never run a beta driver on them, and ive even updated to the latest non beta driver with same results

Is the GPU usage 100% will running the games? and have you tried running 3DMark or similar benchmark to see if your system underperformance compared to similar systems?

Ok saw that my sli was off so i turned it on (which it should have never been off) but with sli enabled GPU1 99% and GPU2 7% in game 44FPS was highest. same/similar results  :(

Seems like an SLI bug or GPU utilization bug

It might be an SLI bug. Try and do a clean install of the driver. You can also try and run the GPUs individualy to see if one of the cards is dying.

Ok yea, ill try reseating the Bridge, a fresh re-install of drivers, and test the GPU's

I got to do work now so ill come back later with results!

O btw thanks for the help so far, i know it takes time off your hands to help someone else!  :D
