Fractal Define R5 is a pretty good sound dampening case.

 

Like mentioned above though, you'll need to get silent fans and such.

Silent Base 600/800

 

I think. Also, you can have an extremely soundproofed case and still hear noise, you need silent components like Noctua/be quiet! fans, fanless (mode) PSUs, graphics cards with fan stop modes and a large heatsink (with or without quiet fans :P)

I will not be able to isolate the case, it has to sit on my desk.

Also, I'll either be going with a H110i GTX or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE

why can't you isolate when it's on the desk?

Well all this information is a given, I only need the information bit on the part of, which case is best at damping sound. I guess.

get noctua fans with low noise adapters one of corsair quite series cases and buy a bunch of sound dampening foam

oh and make sure to put some sound dampening foam on your hard drive (or use an ssd) because with noctua and low noise adapters thats most likely what your going to hear
