Help deciding on Water Cool Setup for Low CPU Temps

I'm looking for the best way to lower the CPU Temps I'm interesting in getting it to around 20C. I currently have my i7 5960x clocked at 3.5 with XMP Ram enabled. What would be the best option to go with?

- Currently no GPU will be in the loop for now(I'll add it later If I need to).

20C isn't possible without "subambient cooling"

Fuck 40C isn't possible without "subambient cooling".

My advice is buy an x61 and throw on some nice venturi or noctua fans.

Temps will be as good if not better than many custom loops (my custom loop has worse cpu temps than my x61 did).

You can get 20c water temp but the processor just isn't going to happen unless you use phase change but i have no experience with that.

Sigh... Unless you keep your house under 50 degrees F (a 10C delta water temp is literally the lowest you could possibly get), then no you can't even get 20C water temps.

Yea, I can get that low when I lolz bench (I open my window and put a high volume fan in the sill going full tilt to bring in the -10 to -20 C air). But yea... not going to happen without "subambient cooling".

Obligatory trolling:

It cost more than my desktop (which says a lot) to build a cooling system capable of doing this.

Back on topic, don't buy the Elite or X99 specific Supremacy blocks.  Elite just comes with Indigo Extreme which is dumb because application is a bitch.  X99 is dumb cause you don't get 115X mounting stuff which lowers the resale value.

5960X is a heat generating monster.  You'll need more than a 240 rad to get the lowest temps possible.  My compute server is a 480 thick rad with push-pull 1200rpm fans.  I had to go overkill because it's 8 cores and because it's going in a room that's 100F ambient.

Well I don't have interest in selling it, Since I just built my X99 PC. I will be using it for awhile. You do know I mean two 240 Rad not just one.

Ah, I saw the kit and eyes didn't catch the extra rad.

What will limit you the most for temperatures is the heat transfer from the die to the IHS and IHS to waterblock.  You'll have enough rad capacity to handle load.  If you buy a kit, it's probably not going to come with the Supremacy Evo...probably the lower end LT or something.  No bueno.
