Artifacts in my output from Cyberlink Powerdirector 11?

LokiFire

I have enabled and disabled HW acceleration as well as OpenCL and it makes no difference, i can only use MPEG-4 to encode too if i want 60FPS video.

I also downclocked my GPU to stock and it does nothing.

This is an example of the artifacts.

Watch further in you will see white block artifacts appear... it's really weird, vid is also only at 30FPS.

I didn't see any artifacts. Just looks like good ol' macroblocking.

EDIT: oh, shit I see it. Go to around 2:04 to see it

Here is an almost lossless recording...

Think it's time to fuck Cyberlink off and go with something else, my GPU is not the issue as it happens with the acceleration turned off too.
