How can i paint the red stuff on my msi r9 390 to green? Wanna start customizing my setup to green/black and that is the only thing needs work..

 

For the shroud you can use either plasti-dip or spray paint, with plasti-dip being a removable rubber coating it's able to go back to revert back to original color. I have a guide here under GPU Painting that goes into detail:

As for disassembly this here shows the same cooler design on the 980ti being taken apart:
