Okay so I'm tired of seeing the stock cooler in my case especially with such an precious processor (i5 3570k).

So I decided to pick up/purchase a 212 Evo w/ 2 Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition fans.

Upgrading:
Stock Heatsink --> 212 Evo w/ 2x SP120 Quiet Edition

Empty fan slots/stock fan slots in case --> SP120 Quiet Edition

Gonna do a nice blue theme inside my case, gonna change all the rings to blue.

Once I install this and this is finished I'll have 6 SP120's in my case cooling the case, looking to get at least 2 more SP120's in this case!
Also, please provide me with a good airflow diagram I should put the fans facing/have them setup! Thanks in advance!
Let me know how my cooling upgrades are!! Will I receive a HUGE temperature upgrade?

Current temperature of processor: 35'C (With my air conditioner on)

40/60 (When my air conditioner is off)

My case: CM Storm Scout II

Fan Slots in case: 6 (Not including the heatsink fans add an extra 2 to that)

Get a Dark Rock 2 and don't upgrade the fans, there really is no point in upgrading them or putting them in push pull

I'm going to upgrade them regardless because I want the SP120's and the colorful rings even though there's no point..

Plus I heard the DR2 doesn't fit in my case.. either way I'm gonna get the Evo 212..

Push pull helps a little bit. I did some testing on my H50 water cooler and it did result in a few C drop. Obviously this is a rad not a heatsink, but it helps a little bit, and it looks way better!

What's the difference between AF series and SP series?

I'm currently using SP120 as PC case fans.

SP (Static pressure) fans focus the airflow. AF (Air flow) fans dissipate the air.

Here's a lovely picture I drew for you.

I'm currently using SP120 as PC case fans.

Along with what Classics said, AF is generally better as case fans.

For fan orientation, it's front and bottom intake, rear and top exhaust.
