All I need is a case and I'm set for now, although I plan to get a new GPU by summer when money(which sadly is a problem) becomes available.

PSU: 600W EVGA 80+bronze
Motherboard: DZ77SL-50K
CPU: i5 3450
GPU: EVGA Geforce GT 740 sc
RAM: 12GB
HDD: 500GB

Here's the case I'm looking at getting:

Here's a nice low price upgrade for GPU I'm looking at:

Should be fine, but if you can save up for your GPU you're better off going for a large upgrade to something like a 380, or get a 370 which hovers around $120-30, 950 is faster than a 370, but usually is around $150, issue with current nvidia cards is potential DX12/Vulkan support.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

That second one you listed looks like a good deal.

There's a 380 for $169 right now I guess

that'd be the card to get, it'll be a good deal faster than a 950, as the 380 is already faster than the 960
