I know some people will/have said just go haswell but i really want to "future" proof my self and I want to get these parts because down the line i plan to do my first custom water cooling so i want these parts so down the line i will buy another r9 390 and a new case

But before i buy all these parts i just wanted final suggestions and tips for building this system

Change the cooler to a Cryorig H7.  It won't cool any differently from the 212 but it will match the whole black and white theme you got going on there.

i5-4690k@4.5GHz || MSI GTX 970 || MSI z97 Gaming 5 || NZXT Kraken x61 || WD Black 1TB || Crucial MX100 || 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro || Corsair RM750 || NZXT H440 || Corsair k70 RGB mx browns || Acer H236HL || ViewSonic VX2255wm-4

It *might* be worth waiting a couple weeks to see whats happening with the OCable locked skylakes.

But other than that is very little you can criticise.

I woudl swap the SSD to a 500gb one if you can afford it (but I have issues working on anything smaller than a 1tb boot drive - and I only have 1-2 games on the boot drive so)  and go either 1x 8gb or 2x8gb of ram if you can afford it, as means you wont have to junk the set if you need more ram (and those CPUs are good for 32gb IIRC).

I'd also look for a used 290X which is basically the same for 1/2 the price.

Well the only thing you can future proof is your case, and unless you're going to try and run a 144hz display and run every single game at 144fps for some reason, you don't want an unlocked i5.

As the Xeon 1231v3 is basically an i7 for the same price

all skylake really gives you is USB 3.1, and a 5% IPC bump, kaby lake will most likely be the same thing.

Also don't bother worry about crossfire with your 390, do you even have a 4k display to justify doing that? As by that time the new GPUs will be out, and you should just upgrade to a single more powerful GPU to avoid dual GPU issues.
