cpu cooler shaking

Probably is shaking because the fan is spinning faster.  Is the fan unbalanced at all by having something uneven sticking to the blades?  Also, is the cooler sufficiently tightened to the motherboard?

my 212 evo while being stress tested is shaking, idk why cause it doesnt shake while not under a stress test. is this harmful/bad

Is it mounted properly?  Is the bar that goes across the CPU tightened?

it is mounted properly, it has been on there for 3 months and it hasnt done this before.

How badly is it shaking?  Can you upload a video?  Have you moved the PC or done anything that could have loosened the cooler?

i have moved it, only when i layed the case on its side to install a gpu around 2 weeks ago

It could be (but very unlikely) that you knocked a couple of screws loose when you tipped the computer.  Check the cooler and shake it a bit to see if anything is loose.  Make sure the computer is OFF when you do that.

i can move it, only a quarter of a cm left to right though

Did any brackets bend?  What are your temps looking like?  Is the CPU Block still touching the CPU if you move the cooler?

no bent brackets, temp is around 45 under heavy stress. Cpu cooler is still attached when being wiggled

Well I'm not really sure of any other possibilities.  Does it make an annoying noise or anything?

my pc is kinda loud so if it did im not sure i would be able to hear it

Well then it should be fine.  Temps are normal and quite good and it doesn't bother you.

Thats normal. 212 Evo has bracket with pin in the middle. That means that it will turn bit around middle part. If it shakes from side-to-side, its probably loose and I would recommend remount just in case.
