How do I disable gpu boost

When ever I oc it always with this on and it still drops my oc when my cards go over 68 degrees

I would like to be able to oc with a static mhz and judge the temps for my self on weather or not I want the card slower to reduce temps

Try using PrecisionX 16, lets you raise the acceptable temp and set a priority to the clock speed.

is there a way to do it with afterburner as I'm using msi cards or does it not matter ?

I heard it was better to use afterburner with msi cards

There's only 2 ways to disable gpu boost, K-Boost in EVGA Precision X (may not stop the thermal throttle) or flashing a custom BIOS edited in a way to disable boost.

It's better to use the manufacturer designed software if you have features that the software supports. If not, run whatever works for you. I only run PrecisionX because of the cool Hybrid skin I get to use, makes me feel special
