It's not really worth throwing money at a G31/G41 board, £26 is quite a lot for a board that cost like £35 new.

 

I'd be looking for like £30 posted for the P5Q, pre-modded with BIOS & socket mod as well so that's handy.

OK that sounds reasonable :) Would that board support the dual cores as well?

 

Yeah people seem to expect too much for old hardware...Still if I can get one for next to nothing it might be worth it I suppose.

Yeah old boards are expensive. It does duals and quads, only CPUs it wont do are 533MHz FSB ones but that's early Celeron D and some Prescott P4s so no problem.
