You can get better air cooler for that price. Like Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2 for example. It will be even more silent and perform better. Also you dont risk any leak with it.

Personaly I would not get it.. especialy with no warranty.

I have a chance to buy a Cooler Master Seidon 120V for 31.5 USD. Should I go ahead and buy it or should I just save the cash and buy a more decent one?

I have one of these on my old rig; the pipes are thin, the fan is crap, and there's no bloody washers on the bracket!

New-ish. It looks new but I wont be given a receipt and warranty for the item.

 

I have one of these on my old rig; the pipes are thin, the fan is crap, and there's no bloody washers on the bracket!

 

So... i should stay away from this deal?
