Its Finally time for me to build my first pc . . . but i could use some help.

Using Part Picker and Logical Increments I've come up with this.

Suggesting parts to switch out to save money or incompatibility would be very appreciated.

1. Budget & Location

$700 maybe a little more
US New Jersey
If i could find cheaper parts from local peeps that would be great.

2. Aim

Improved gaming for league, tf2, fallout 4, ESO, Skyrim
and general other use I would like to have chrome skype curse league
and another game open at once my laptop can handle it so prob not a big deal.

3. Monitors

2 preferably right now I'm using a 1440 x 900 connected to my laptop.

4. Peripherals

I'm going to need another monitor maybe 2 or ill just use the one i have depending on budget
and windows 10. I have mouse keyboard headphones all that.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I got this laptop 3 or 4 years ago which has been great but is slipping behind
it still runs well but has trouble running new things with much speed or good graphics
also the intel 3000 graphic card doesnt support DX 11

I'm not really interested in upgrading my laptop at all either. Its time to put her to rest.

Thanks for taking a look at my build i hope you guys know more than i do.

Looks alright aside from a few things:

-No need to get a Z97 motherboard. You can't overclock the CPU. Get a cheaper H97 motherboard.

-CPU cooler is optional. A stock cooler would do fine, although it'll be slightly louder, but you'll save some money in the process.
-Grab a different PSU. Any SeaSonic or XFX PSU would do nicely. An Antec HCG is also a good choice.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Should go for the i5, and there's not much point in going for a Z97 board with a locked chip

Those hitachi drives are most likely used from data centers, buy something new, the drives are usually around twice that price.

and I'd get a 1440p display whenever you can next
