Low FPS While Driving in GTA

Looks like you don't have enough power to load the textures. This is more noticeable when driving because your CPU and GPU have to load more of the map because you are travelling faster.

Hey Guys, so I just bought GTA V for PC and i'm using 8 gigs of ram, Core i3 4170, and a 750 ti. The settings were all on normal and when i drove the fps went from about 60's to the 20's. I notched the settings up to high and the the amount of lag went down by a ton. Does anyone know why this happened? (Not saying its a bad thing just wondering)

I believe it is an optimization issue. I had the same problem with my previous card. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB
