GPU voltage problem HELP

I got and amd 7870 from asus with a direct cu ii cooler. Recently i noticed big framedrops in games that the card was able to handle easily like lol bad company 2 etc.. So after some search in what was wrong i found that the gpu voltage cant be increased and when i try a value bigger than the stock (1219mv) it drops in 844mv even when i try the defult oc. Is anything i can do i updated drivers but didnt changed anything...

well the image you posted is your card at idle, so that doesnt help at all...

I don't think it's dysfunctioning. I think it's been deliberately disabled to keep people from giving their gpu 1000 volts.
Try checking the voltage when the card is under load. Start up BC2 again and see if it goes up.
