Computer bad preformance

So, i recantly moved my computer and it just started to preform wird. I have checked all of the cards, that they are fiting right. And i have reinstalled Windows. Any suggestions what i should do?

It is like only preforming 10% of what it use to(that will say alot slower, i have no special numbers...)

Check your power options maybe? What are they set to?

Check your power options maybe? What are they set to?

And how do i do that?

Go to the start menu and search power options and make sure it's at high performance

Are there any programs running in the background that hog CPU, GPU or ram usage? You can check using task manager.

does it have a hard drive?
