Personal preference id take the samsung 950 pro ssd. Also why a z170 board for a non k processor? If video editing I would probably grab a 6700k, and if money is the issue ditch the sound card

You don't need a Z170 motherboard if your cpu doesn't have a K in its name

Yeah for that much money you could get an 8 core for editing, but maybe you want to focus on gaming.

I guess stay with Z if you won't be wanting or needing at least two extra cores, almost double the PCIe lanes, and almost double the cache...

3500 euro is a lot of money, if i were you I'll get

1. i7 5820K

2. Gigabyte X99-SLI

3. 16GB DDR4 (4x4 kit)

4. Samsung 950 Pro SSD

5. Western Digital Black 1TB HDD

6. 2 GTX980 Tis

7. An EVGA PSU or Corsair AX860

8. Corsair H100i AIO water cooler

Here's the crossway: I don't prefer 2 monitors, I would buy a single 3440x1440 one, of course 60Hz because 144Hz is going to cost a kidney. Also, external soundcard isn't necessery unless you are using a theater setup or a $1500 headphone, but it's all your reference

You have 2 cpu's in that list.

I personally don't think that the Kingston SSD is worth the extra money over something like a Samsung 850 EVO if you are just gaming.

Also no case ?
