normal for random programs to install?

is it normal for programs just to randomly install? i went on my pc and it said new apps and it was 3d builder. i never herd of 3d builder so i didnt install it

3D Builder is just a Microsoft app for building 3D models to print on 3D printers.  Its actually kinda fucking awesome.  (it is preinstalled with Windows 10, much like Paint was preinstalled with other version of Windows)

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

if its built into windows 10 why did i just get it now? i got windows 10 on the day it got released

I guess MS just updated it now.

I've just check it so I dunno how long i've had it.

But it looks legit and is not coming up in TM so i'm guessing it's safe and won't impact performance.

Did you just recently start using a Microsoft account or the Store?
