Hi,

 

Recently I have been noticing that a task by the name of wondershare has been using up quite a bit of my disk, when booting up my laptop. I have not consciously installed this program, and can not seem to remove it. Any help?

When I right-click the file and hit delete (as admin), it does literally nothing. Trying to delete the contents of the file results in the error 'that its being used elsewhere'. Also it does not come up on control panel, uninstall. 

Try PC Decrapifier.  It works quite well.
