Do I really need a CPU cooler?

So I'm going to order all these parts sometime next month and I'm going for a budget build. Would a after-market CPU fan be necessary for this build? I have no plans for overclocking the CPU.

Yeah, you might as well. You can get the basic Hyper 212 Evo from Cooler Master for a cheap price.

The stock cooler will be fine for that build. Could however find an fx 8350 cooler for super cheap or possibly free. Could look at classified ads for amd builds with custom coolers and see by chance if they still have the stock cooler in a closet somewhere.

Have you looked into R4 fan reveiws? I know sickleflow is decent fan for money, how about this one?

You do NOT need all those fans. That's just ridiculous. You can get a way better system. I noticed you had Windows included, but at a price of $0 so I just didn't factor that in. This build won't need any extra fans, and is fine as-is with regards to cooling. The case itself already comes with two fans: an intake and an exhaust, so you're fine there. The CPU won't be overclocked in this, so the stock CPU cooler is fine as well. The CPU is significantly better, and the GPU is around 15% better in performance and much better suited in the long term due to the much larger memory bandwidth and double the VRAM.
