I want to clear my hdd to the point that it will boot too a clean windows, how can I do this

i know about a complicated way but that makes your HDD litelary like new totally wipes out every data  than its like new and go and install windows you can also when you install windows select the disc partition than delete it and than make it agan in order to totaly refresh it.

If you have laptop or other prebuilt machine, use manufacturers recovery media. You can get it from their support website or by using built-in function. If you have installed windows by yourself, redo that process.
