Need help solving BSOD

for the past week ive been having random BSOD and i wan't to try to figure out what the problem is...

I didn't manage to take a screenshot of the BSOD for the codes but i heard my PC saves a file that gives the information of the error

How can i find this? and what do i do after? i keep hearing about memory dump? ugh im so confused and scared! Using Windows 7.

ok thanks i managed to make a ZIP folder with information using SF diagnostic tool but i don't know what to do from there

You need to find the Stop error code example of one is 0x00000065 MEMORY1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.  Just google the code and you will find lots of info that will help.  If you can't find the code in the info you can boot your system with F8 and pick disable automatic restart on system failure so if your system gives you the blue screen again it will leave the blue screen there showing you the error until your ctrl alt del to restart.
