4690k and a 390 should be perfect for that.

 

Edit: Does anyone know how much RAM most games actually use because I have never seen more than a couple gigs being used by one application despite some games recommending 16 gigs

The Crucial BX200 480GB SSD is going for a lewd price right now. You might consider swapping that in instead of the 850 EVO, although the Samsung drive is a little faster.

Just Cause 3 pulls 10gigs for me, but its Just Cause 3, not exactly the poster child for game optimization.

 

OP, your PSU is overkill unless you plan on crossfiring, a quality 650W will do the job with headroom.

im planing to crossfire later, dont have the money in a long time but still doing it at some point
