Window 7 stuck in blue screen loop

I moved my an old hdd into a newer system. The older system was an Athlon X2 3600+ with 3GB DDR2. The new system has a 650ti, I5 650 and 8GB ram. On the old pc Windows boots fine. But when moving to the new one it just starts a blue screen loop as shown in the video.

This happens 90% of the time when you switch the same OS/ HDD onto new parts(conflicting bios and drivers). Just wipe the HDD and reinstall Windows, and it will work fine.

Boot into safe mode

Reinstall Windows. Thats drivers freaking since you changed mobo. Bigger the jump between systems, bigger effect it has to windows.
