So go a fan instead of Liquid cooling?

The H60 is pretty meh. I'd rather go for a good air cooler rather than a so-so AIO liquid cooler.

what if i went on something like the NZXT kraken x61 liquid cooler? like Zhanlun recommended?

That's definitely good but it costs quite a bit more.

A H100i GTX wouldn't hurt either.

Yeah that's true, im not planning to overclock just yet aswell

Then grab one of the two CPU coolers I recommended. You can overclock pretty decently on both.

So you recon fans? how many would i need to buy, like extras for the case?

Well, it's optional. Don't think you need any to be honest.

so going the i5 6600 will be a good choice?

No, the i5 6600K is overclockable. Just stick with that.

Also, you need a Z170 motherboard for the i5 6600K. Not a Z97.

what do you think is better for the pc i have planned to build? and is air much different, like will i need to buy more fans or will the ones that come with the case be enough?

AIOs like the H80i and H100i are always going to be better than most air coolers. The default case fans should be enough for cooling.

Oh and also i just do not know whether i should go AIO or Air cooling, i can see air cooling being much cheaper but what will be the difference between the h100i and well an air cooler?

Not too much of a difference. Marginal at best.

A H100i GTX will keep the CPU about 4-5 degrees cooler than something like the CM Hyper 212.

And i guess if it is getting too hot i can always buy another fan or two to help airflow in the case?

That could help as well.

Or would you think using a Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow Edition Case with Window to ensure like airflow is optimized, or do the fans still intake through the front panel on the

Corsair Obsidian 750D Case with Window

No, the normal variant is fine.
