I have this Dell Optiplex GX270 and i reinstalled windows last night and turned it off,case's power buttons is broken so i got to power it on manually with screwdriver and today it doesn't power on through that conector,is there any other way to power it on besides trough port? :/

Moved to Troubleshooting.

 

If the system is not powering on through the power switch pins on the motherboard, something might be preventing it from turning on, such as an improperly connected power connector.

Change the power button out or either use the reset switch as the power button instead if your case has one.

They've stated that using the screwdriver on the Power Switch doesn't work either.

The power is coming in mobo cuz it has this light that turns on when theres power on mobo..i just ask if u know any other way to turn it on,however i think i noticed a little spark when i turned it off last night(spark on that ata usb whatever it is port) it may fried that port,anything coud happen

If a spark came from another plug, it could be fried. Did you disconnect anything from the motherboard while the system was live?

nope,i guess its fried,and i really cant find another way to get it runin',its not important so much tho i just wanted to play some older games on that pc cuz my gpu died on main rig and m stuck with intergraded graphics on win 10

Did you happen to have shocked the board with static electricity?
