My tablet never sleeps

Hi everyone,

 

I noticed that my Asus Transformer had a relatively short battery life, and after checking the battery settings I found out that the tablet loses much power with the screen turned off, and it actually never turns into sleep mode. It's an Android tablet running Lollipop 5.0 (with ZenUI). Is an app causing this? How can I troubleshoot this issue? Do you have any other advice to extend the battery life?
