I currently have a GTX 970 and am wondering if getting a 500 or 600 series Nvidia GPU dedicated to physx would be worth it or increase performance at all.

Thanks

unless the extra card is free and it's collecting dust, it's not worth it, but if you have a spare gpu laying around, and you want maximum performance, do it ;)

Not worth it.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Nope

@Godlygamer23 tested it, it made little to no difference in performance

I tested recently in my one thread that I created. It did improve performance in that testing session. However, I would like to do a re-test.
