I don't know what to pick the kraken pro or mobile I want to be able to take it to school and use it on a pc. Or just a different pair of headphones. I want something low profile like the razer kraken not like the hyper x cloud 1/2

the razer krakens are way to bassy, and for me at least, were very uncomfortable. I would just say get some sennheisers and a mic.

How about Ath m30x or m40x i got my m30x for about 50 on black friday, i think they are 70 on amazon and you could get a desktop mic with the 30$ your saving? Also my m30x sound worlds better than my kraken pros, also one of the drivers in my kraken pros don't work when plugged into my phone where the m30x work fine, you said you were going to take them to school, so that may be an issue for you, i am not sure if that is a known issue. But mine are from late 2014 so if it was a known issue i am sure it has been fixed by now! Hope this helped :) .

I like to kill hardware. In 2016 alone I have killed 20 Xeon 5160, and 10+ Pentium 4.

If by "mobile" you mean bluetooth I would suggest going with wired as long as you are comfortable with it because bluetooth reduces the quality to make transfer speeds reasonable. That said I would rethink razer in general because I'm not fond of the whine sound the mic adds to audio it records. (check some youtube vids for examples.)

Do you really need a microphone? if not, then get yourself one of the headphones from the adaro series. Either that, or something else
