AFAIK OSX doesn't support touch.

There's a layer of good old fashioned glass on top of the anti reflective coating on top of the screen.

 

So no you can't do that.

OSX doenst have touch inputs, and it would be horrible anyway

 

touch on laptops is pretty meh

 

considering macbooks have THE best trackpad, which is all glass and lovely, better than any touchscreen

Completely agree with this, Apple's track pads are brilliant and if you want touch screen as someone else said go with a Ipad Pro
