So I resently built a rig with a a6-5400k and a r9 270. I have it folding 24/7. It's going well so far and no blue screens or anything. But I notice that the gpu in the APU isn't being used. The CPU and the 270 are the only devices showing up in the slots. My question is does FAH support using the CPU and gpu in the APU at the same time with descrete gpu and if not will it in the future?

As far as I know, it should work.

Maybe you have to add the folding GPU slot by yourself.

Ok I'll try that when I get home

Before you do that, please check in your Windows device Manager (devmgmt.msc) if both of your GPUs show up.

If they do, go on with adding the slot manually.

If they, however, don't show up, you should check your BIOS settings if the internal GPU is disabled or the setting for the primary display output is set to automatic. (Most BIOS deactivate the unused GPU in automatic mode.)
