Tablet for typing

I need a tablet for typing and writing stuff on. i have a laptop but dont like taking it out much as its kinda big.

 

i really like the surfaces but they are far too expensive.

 

I really hate the massive bezel thing a lot of the tablets have.

 

something light and not too expensive would be great.

 

screen size 9/10 inches minimum i think

this is a great idea thanks. however i was thinking of getting a wireless keyboard to go with it so may not be the best option

A budget would be helpful.

Personally I'd just get a nice ultrabook. Asus has some that are quite cheap.

the Asus 303La i5 model is rather nice i have it for school. Though i have to say the typing experience is unbelievable nice on the macbook.

I wasn't the hugest fan of Macbook typing. I have a Samsung Series 9 that I actually quite enjoy. Well, typing. It's 4GB of RAM is shameful.

I had a KBC poker 2 for ages and it was really portable. Not sure what more you could want

Something not as large as that.

If it's not as slim as the tablet, I don't see it as portable.

The bezels are for holding the tablet without pressing things on the screen.
