Put Uplay game on Steam?

Well, I just redeemed my Rainbow Six Siege from the Nvidia bundle.

 

I only found the way to play it using the horrible Uplay.

Is there any way for me to put this game on my Steam account or am I stuck on that horrendous Uplay platform?

Sadly ubisoft games are on uplay and even if you could get it on steam, you would still have to use uplay.

well using steam only opens uplay to open the game so that's one layer out of the way.

Yeah i bought Rainbow Six of a CD Key site as it was like $40 AUD cheaper then steam.... not even an hour later it went on sale on steam for the same price..... was kicking my self xD

You want to really kick yourself?....Check what the weekly humble bundle is.... Think it's about 10 bucks for everything except the division.
