Hey guys, I have made this PC list. Check it out :

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NpZfNG

There is a SkyLake i5 Processor, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 960 GPU OC enabled and a SSD for storing games. Iis only 680$ Which is better than what I planned earlier.

I want to run GTA V at 720p with low settings. And I plan on using 2 720p monitors.

Please check it out and let me know of any flaws.

I am not a hacker as lately I have been accused of that. Please reply.

HACKER!

It'll do what you want it to but...it's not really a console killer (a console killer is a PC that costs around as much as a console, and i don't remember the PS4 or XB1 being $700 US)

Im running gta 5 on one monitor with an fx 8350 and an r7 360 (overclocked). It runs at 1080p at 50-60 fps with occasional drops to 40. I am however past my 2gb frame buffer by a 100mb or so and this is with only some settings on high. A 4gb frame buffer would be advised for running on two monitors. Otherwise, Its good

Have you considered an r9 380? It edges out the gtx 960 and is a really good bang for buck card

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7MGcJx The price remained the same, that's good. But I want to have DDR4 memory.

No real difference in gaming between DDR3 and DDR4. A 4590 CPU is going to save money and be better than the i5 6400 by a margin.

Yeah, but you see, the controllers ect are really costly now days.

controllers are what, ~$50 a pop and the console itself comes with 1 iirc for about $350 and i only recall seeing a max of 4 so that's ultimately ~$500 for 4 people on 1 console.
