Hello everyone, right now I use apple earpods when I'm listening to music on the go. I was looking into getting something else but pretty much everything I could find has the soft ear pieces that I don't like.

Was wondering if there are any good earbuds that are hard like apple earpods.

Thanks in advance

Earbuds don't have tips generally, what you were looking at are iems. The apple earbuds are sort of a hybrid, and I doubt you'll find any better without the soft tips except going for ciem or something.

Try some soft tips made from memory foam rather than the cheaper rubber ones. I used to think I hated tips that go into the canal, and used EarPods, until I tried Shure SE425 IEMs with the foam tips. I love them, and are as comfortable as EarPods for me.

Which foam tips did you use? That can make a pretty big difference.

For Shure and Westone style IEMs, with the same size nozzle, you can use Comply Foam (of which there are several varieties), Shure olives, Shure yellow foam, and Westone Tru-Fit, to name a few of the most popular options. That's quite a spread... I personally prefer the Westone Foam, since it goes deeper into the canal than anything other than Comply Pro series tips.

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)

I used the large size Shure ones that came with the earphones. I first tried the medium ones, as they were already attached, and wasn't sure whether they were to small and fell out, or were too big and didn't fit in at all (I am new to canal phones), so tried the small and large ones. I also tried the triple flange sleeves, and cut off the smallest flange. They weren't as comfortable.
