Is there any sticker on the mobo or printed numbers (normally on the ram slots)

 

edit: the one just below the SATA connectors, what does that say?

Its a HP so I will assume GPU.

All  i see is HP Mini-CARD2 and a barcode.

Hello, the ENVY 23-1000 series uses a proprietary motherboard formfactor so you won't be able to replace it with a thin-ITX motherboard, only the ones you found on eBay and Amazon. Before you replace the motherboard though, are you sure its whats causing the issue? What issues are you seeing with your PC?
