Anti static needed for case swap?

Go to solution Solved by Godlygamer23,

You can occasionally touch the fan grill of a power supply(while it's plugged in) to discharge any possible static electricity. That being said, if you find yourself getting shocked a lot in your own home, I would advise investing in an anti-static wrist strap.

Before you unplug your PC just tap the case to ground yourself (with the PSU still in the case and connected to the mains).
