Bottlenecking

Go to solution Solved by TheRandomness,

CPU

CPU is fine. And will be for a long time.

I have a I-5 4570 and a gtx760 installed in my system currently. I am thinking about upgrading components buy I only have the cash for one right now. Which component should I upgrade first to avoid any bottlenecking in my system.

Thanks for the help

CPU is still AWESOME! What games do you plan on playing? What are the other specs of your rig?

If you are not experiencing any problems with the games you are currently playing then DO NOT buy anything right now.  Wait until your performance is not acceptable, then purchase accordingly.

My guess is that your GPU will prove lacking well before the CPU, but why spend money now when you don't have any real need?  The longer you put off getting a newer GPU the longer that newer GPU will prove useful.

I don't know that PSU but my bequiet! Straight Power 10 600W doesn't even get warm ^^

:P Yeah the CX line is infamous for being crap at powering high power systems. I mean, it's fine for use in an office/facebook build but a gaming build... no.
