So I am about to build my first pc, along with my two brothers. Being new to this I have a lot of questions. So if I buy the retail version of Windows 10 and use it on my pc will my brothers be able to use this with out any issues?

The license of Windows is: 1 Windows per PC. You can't install Windows and use the same product key on multiple system.

Can you please clarify one other thing, I've seen people say that you can buy a download of windows with 3 install keys, is that a standard copy of windows or will I have to search for it.

Where did you see this, and when?

Microsoft had for a limited time a 3 license package deal at retail stores back in the days of Windows 7, when it was new. Aside from that, there is no official method for the standard individual consumer.

This is absolutely incorrect.

The license agreement clearly states for both OEM System Builder and Retail box it is 1 license per PC.

Installing Windows on a second computer, will make the other computer deactivate, then they fight via the automatic activation, and the Activation Servers will red flag the product key and activation will fail.
